Spring Health

Millions of people in the US are affected by mental health issues each year. In fact, in 2019 and 2020 alone, one in five adults experienced these challenges. It is critical to understand the physical, social, and financial impact of mental wellness on individuals and the workplace.

If you struggle with thoughts or feelings that make it harder to get through your day, you’re not alone. About half of people in the U.S. will experience a mental health concern at some point in their lives. Care from a mental health expert can help you manage your emotions and deal with challenges.

From in-person and virtual therapy to mental health assessments and mindfulness exercises, Spring Health offers a suite of mental health services that take a personal approach to getting you the support you need, faster.

Spring Health starts with an online assessment to

find the care options right for you. Your dedicated

Care Navigator, a licensed clinician, can explain

your options, give advice, connect you to

therapists, and set appointments. In-network

providers are also available for medication

management during your care as needed.
